If Galchenyuk is gone, I'm down with this. It looks like the top 12 is littered with D-men, which I'm not interested in, in the least. We've gotten lucky with a couple of D picks (first Subban and now Ellis), and i think we need to go hard after a forward (preferably a big center) with our first pick. Gaunce and Galchenyuk are the players i would prioritize with that pick. I'm a little wary of taking the Czech or Latvian player, simply because we don't have a great record of making euros work here. but I'd still either one of them ahead of a D, if they indeed have top line potential. If not, it's really the two N.A. guys or maybe trade down.
