IMO Suter is gone period. I really don't think he intends to sign here even if we picked up Nash. If Nashville gets Nash I think they make that move knowing Suter is likely to walk because the Preds aren't going to have Rinne,Weber,Suter,Nash all making 7+ million. That's way too much money tied up in four guys.

If Suter left we'd still have:

Rinne-Franchise goalie
Weber-Franchise D
Nash-Franchise forward

How many teams could boast something like that? I'd take that every day and run.
