AHL graduates aren't all gonna suck. Just need to find a guy who understand and preaches puck possession at even strength. It'd probably be a good idea to avoid ex-grinders who probably think the game on that level. Someone like Boucher, a career coach with an education and no real player experience, is probably the best bet.
