This is a normal pace.
Because people look at Jeff Skinner and say "look at Skinner, he wasnt a superstar like Crosby or Ovi and he jumped right in". eanwhile, that it NOT the norm. A more accurate example would be Logan Couture, who last year emerged after what, 4 years?
