In Arabic Nashville would be نشفيل
pronounced nashfeel... or something close to that. There is no letter that would sound like a V in Arabic, so you replace it with the "faa" (ف) which has a similar sound to our F. There is no I, and the "yaa" (ي) sounds kind of like a Y or a long E.
