What I have read is that revenue wise the cap should go up to $68-69m, but that we won't see that happen because the new CBA will try to reduce the players share by about 7% which would push the cap down near the same number.
Plus even if it goes upto $69m, would the sharks spend to that cap? Maybe.
I'm not suggesting any course of action here, just showing the numbers and giving some examples.
