I don't see Galchenyuk making the NHL. Missing a year at that age has got to seriously impact development.

Grigorenko could go either way. High IQ players can make the NHL without being physically ready, see Tavares, but Grigorenko isn't the same kind of special talent Tavares is. I could see Grigo pulling a Radulov if he doesn't get his way though, or him and Roy be a package deal. But even if he makes it I would expect him to be sheltered.
