We, people of Québec have been following this issue for a long time , unlike people from Seattle who just started following the Coyotes situation, have heard those ''done deals ownership in Phoenix'' so many times. So as long as the board of governors of the NHl as not approved the sale, the Coyotes possible relocation is very alive. This issue will be resolved within two months. Either the team stays in Phoenix with a new owner that will go bankrupt or it moves to Quebec City.
