This is the situation I also thought was the OP's intended move.

I learned how to do this by a coach putting a pylon out ahead of us and we would have to do that pivot move faster and faster, until there was almost no cutting into the ice they way is shown in the video; almost a couple of VERY smooth pivots with no loss in speed coming around the pylon. I alos worked on it at public skates about 5,000 times both ways until now it is much easier.
