Get rid of Marleau and replace him with whom?

Who is going to be available in the current market that will give us the same value and consistency as what Marleau does. If someone does trade us such a player then it is most likely going to be for a Marleau+. How does that really help us improve as a team?

I like Pavs. Infact I think he is my favorite player on the Sharks but I would rather have him get moved instead of Marleau.
