Everyone's always saying you got to give up something to get something good coming back. Its Price, PK or Mac pac, along with plek's that other GM's will want.
Money managment wise, it's Carey Price out of the three guys. Mac pac is very cap friendly and Pk will be cap friendly, price will be looking for the home run, imo, something he's not earned.

We are
so far away from a stacked team. Even with Getzlaf, Suter, Parise, Radulov and an NHL ready Grigorenko/Galchenyuk.
Just look at the Flyers - they've had extremely stacked teams and have got nowere because they share your mentality of average goaltending.
Fact is the Habs are not the Red Wings (the only example in recent history of a team with average goaltending that won a cup). Getzlaf is no Datsyuk. Radulov is no Zetterberg. Subban will never be in the same stratosphere as Lidstrom. If we win a cup in the next 10 years it will be in large part because of Carey Price.
