In their former management and coaching capacity when working as a part of the Canucks organization, both Heisinger and Noel each continually received very explicit instructions on every single system that the Canucks employ; smart NHL organizations have their NHL and AHL teams playing replicate systems so that any call-up players are easily integrated. This makes pre-scouting the Canucks much easier for the Jets. They already literally know them from an insider's perspective.
Very astute point, something I hadn't considered. Either way, should be fun! Definitely have a soft spot for you guys, you took teriffic care of a lot of our prospects over the years. Off the top of my head - Burrows, Kesler, Bieksa, Raymond, Hansen, Schneider, Edler, Tanev and that's just off the current team's roster.

Any word on your guys' starting lineup? Ours looks to be...

D. Sedin - H. Sedin - Burrows
Higgins - Kesler - Booth
Raymond - Pahlsson - Hansen
Malhotra - Lapierre - Kassian

Hamhuis - Bieksa
Edler - Salo/Rome
Tanev - Gragnani/Rome

Schneider

* Tanev is going in, so someone is coming out. Rome would be the popular choice, but they might opt to rest Salo because he's looked quite fatigued of late.

EDIT: Also, the Twins are in a massive slump - 6 games with no points. Longest pointless streak for them in years.
