I gave Detroit the credit needed they are good at what they do as you say from top to bottom , but to get a player like Datsyuk/Zetterberg in the super late rounds and 20+ teams missed Lidstrom twice! Do you honestly think it's a coincidence that 2 out of 3 are from Sweden they were good (smart if you will) and LUCKY enough to get the two best players out of sweden in the last 15 years...I honestly see Detroit dropping off abit as Datsyuk and Zetterberg get older and Lidstrom eventually retires.
Just like I said. Everything around Timmins is crap at best. If Montreal was anything like Detroit, we would not have this conversation right now.
