Oh Hell Yeah. I'm just afraid to see what his impending contract negotiations with the Flyers are going to be once the season ends. The good news though is that the cap will actually be going up to $46 million (as per Satellite Hot Stove on CBC Hockey Night In Canada), so I think Gagne will get a nice little bump in pay.

Will he get Forsberg type money? I doubt it. But, it wouldn't surprise me to see him get a four year deal in the neighbourhood of what Primeau originally signed before the lockout (4 years/$17 million). Either way, I think Gagne is going to be one of those players that will probably be a Flyer for life.

Now, if we could only find a way to buy some health.
