What does that mean for the Rangers? Who can they hold on to (like Dubi if he gets his **** together goal scoring wise)?

How does this affect them as far as say dealing for Nash (Dubi may still be moved), or going after Parise?

I guess my real question is how much flexibility does it give the team?

Problem though is that might be just a temporary increase before july 1st and then much lower when the cba is signed. So there is a huge risk in spending that space unless you are confident that there will be a rollback, buyout period etc to get under the new cap
