Last night should be every night with Radulov.... He has skill and he is gritty. But he rarely gets to play on an offensive line(Mclean/Sully= no even strength presense).
You forget just because a kid scores, doesn't mean sutter likes him. I offer up Tyler Arnason as Exhibit A.
As far as teams competeting for the playoffs... Atl/Chicago thing-
I'm not disputing that. I'm disputing the fact of bringing in another player that is one dimensional(Mark Parrish) and what it takes to bring him here. You can't deny that its a salary dump... right? Why would we wanna trade unknown quantities that make at least 1/2 that- who could end up being better players.
We aren't contending for a cup anytime soon. So why get into a bidding war over a good(but not great player)? If he's worth more to Atlanta... fine. He goes to Atlanta.. good for them. By February players of the same calibre will be available for a song- and we'll know more of what we have with Pavel and Rads........
It makes no sense... I expect Pully to do the deal by Sunday
