I would try the SIDAS insoles as well as Superfeet. I've had people gush over how effective Superfeet was for their flat feet.

I don't know about Graf, but no other skates have arches 'built-in' to their construction. However, while SIDAS and Superfeet might solve your issue, nothing else beats a proper fitting skate first and foremost. If it's CCM or Easton, so be it. Don't dismiss one brand just because someone else had a bad experience with them...

Focus on fit first, there are aftermarket solutions out there to try.
