This makes a lot of sense.-"the Radulov situation". Stay in KHL and make $$$$$$$. Then you are on a shorter ELC when you come over. Why would you want to come straight over?

The implications going forward will be that this type of scenario has to be taken into consideration when drafting Russian or other players who can play in the KHL and burn time off the ELC.

Plus creating another type of "Silver Spoon" player. Wonder what the guys will think?
