The messages are clear, and the criticism is implicit in the statements. If Forsberg does not do what Ed Snider wishes (EDIT: and note that Mr. Snider makes a point of mentioning Forsberg's injuries just for good measure), Forsberg is:
1. being unfair to the team and his teammates
2. disloyal
