Kidd has disapointed in his time here.

Without Kidd then we could move Tellqvist permanently into the backup spot, and give Centomo the time he needs as starter in St. Johns to prove whether he's a capable netminder.

Francois, and Racine have shown they deserve to be in St. Johns and can battle it out to see whom becomes the backup there.
I'd favor Racine as he may have a chance at becoming an NHL backup if he continues progressing as he has, whereas I don't see Francois becoming more then a career AHL'er.

Francois would be assured of the starter's position in goal for Memphis, he certainly isnt going to progress well stuck behind Racine there.

The Leafs have a glut of decent goaltending prospects they need to make room for.

These are the 3 goalie prospects playing pro right now besides Tellqvist, so I assume u meant Jamie Hodson when u said "Francois"?
