Build on the Wings win. With the Penguins winning, too many posters are looking at the boys behind us, but with the Blues losing, we should be looking ahead of us. 2 points back for the President's Trophy, 2 games in hand. Win your games, handle your own business, and you don't have to worry about either team.

Every game is starting to get that playoff atmosphere about it, and I think that's the best possible thing for this team. Still being forced to go for it, while the young guys get some big minutes in meaningful and hard-fought games can only mean good things going forward.

Going to go off-the-radar a bit and say that Tim Erixon has a big game (1g, 2A, +2) in about 15 minutes TOI. 5-2 win, 2 PPG (Erixon, Dubinsky).

Does anyone else get the feeling that all these blowouts waiting to happen in the regular season are getting stored in the Hockey gods karma, luck, and bounce bin for the post-season?
