Good forechecker, strong cycler, above average hockey IQ, hardworker, patience, NHL caliber shot.

Unfortunately he isn't fast or doesn't have sufficient puck control skills to pull off the plays he wants to. Instead of stick handling, he should just dump it. He never got over the habit of over stick handling because he can get away with it in the AHL.

The one he kicked in yesterday was plain dumb - you can't really attribute that to anything but a brain fart.
