I just wonder why you mentioned DEL as I don't think there's much talent worth scouting... Usually only few Germans get drafted each year... I'd say Sweden and Russia are the countries worth scouting, from Russia not even KHL but MHL games as almost no players born 1994 (except Slepyshev who's already scouted to death, I guess ) play in KHL. Then there's Finland, Czech Republic and only then the rest... NLA, DEL, Slovaks etc.
