I have gone to school with people from a lot of different nationalities but i am fairly certain it is easier at least for school visa's to get one if you are canadian, i was friends with a korean kid who's parents had him to go high school in canada and get canadian citizenship because it would make it that much easier for the next 8 years, also i knew a moldovan kid who wouldn't be able to get back in to the US if he left for another 6 months so he couldn't go home or out of the country for breaks... there aren't different forms but there are different rules
