They had really bad...
horror movies on Channel 9. I mean really bad - not even B movies. This was really during the 80s. I don't remember 70s late-night TV, except for wrestling, as I mentioned, and Mary Tyler Moore, which was on at 3AM (I was a bad sleeper as a kid - watched that every night and worke-up again around 5AM for the New Zoo Revue - yeah, pathetic).
PLD - it's easy to feel old when guys are talking about becoming Rangers fans in the 90s...but just think we have guys like Melnyk and klingsor to make us feel young - I mean, Bruno Sanmartino? Shoot - he was at the tail-end and announcing at times when I started watching - although I do remember when there was blood and guys like Tony Atlas, the Grand Wizard, Tony Garea and Rick Martel, and pre-Hulk Hogan. I was going to say guys like Superstar Billy Graham, Snuka, Cheif Jay Strongbow, the Wild Samoans, etc., but they seemed to be around for 30 years.
