eh, if the NHLers stopped playing then we'd all just moan and groan about how it wasn't the real thing. I know this turnament used to exist without NHL players, but now that they are there I don't think I could take it seriously without them. Every other sport at the winter games features the top athletes on the planet in that event. Shuting out the top Hockey players in the world from the Olympics would make a joke of the event.
