Last year you guys just squeaked into the play offs and this year the Rangers are dominate despite having the 2nd worst PP % in the league. What do you account for the turnaround between last year and this year?

A few major things:
The young players from last year have stepped up again (Stepan, MDZ, McDonagh)
They replaced Drury with Richards which was a HUGE improvement on the ice.
They have been able to get real solid contributions from young rookies like Hagelin, Mitchell(Not a rookie but he is a Ranger rookie), Bickel.
They were able to sign Stralman for nothing and get a good 30~40 games of top-4 play out of him.
The core got 1 year older (Callahan, Hank, Girardi, Dubinsky, Boyle, Prust, Anisimov)
