Clever line but in reality that is what the European teams do through the various Cup tournaments and practice camps. By getting a wide range of players involved they are constantly developing so that there is some depth when guys are not available for whatever reason.It also encourages continued skills development. Something that is not always considered when guys reach the pro level in North America.
