It's too bad that it's already Saturday night and I have no alcohol right now.

Though that also comes with changing rooms/roommates. My new roommate is highly against having alcohol in our room (honors dorm) because he doesn't want either of us to get in trouble for it with the higher repercussions that result. My old roommate....well....he was an entirely different story. Got into a pretty frequent (read: 2-4 times per day) habit of smoking marijuana, stopped going to class, blamed me for his problems, and ended up having his mom find out and remove him from Clemson after first semester.
The last time I really got my drink on was in January when I was in Michigan. It was vodka then too, but Smirnoff's silver label instead. THAT was a fun night.

I lived in a single room in an upperclassmen dorm for most of my time in the dorms. Simply put, nobody cared what was going on in my room unless I set something on fire or it started to smell in some way--good or bad, I had someone come knock on the door when I had a wax tart burner on once because they thought I had a candle burning. Your ex-roommate sounds like a charmer, though. Was he smoking in the room? My ex-roommate was mostly just unbelievably gross and a drama llama. And I had to put the fear of god in her to get her to clean the bathroom--seriously, I cornered her with a curling iron. I was not even remotely ****ing around.
