Now that's a shake-up!
Player wise I think the value is fair. However, Ottawa is taking on salary.
Also it might not meet some of Ottawa's needs such as they already have too many RW's. Also they are pretty high on Volchenkov.
On the other had Muckler does get Peca back. He is the spirited kind of player Ottawa could use.
