I am sure they won't, he will probably get fined for the incident, but I don't expect a suspension.

As far as the refs not calling it, I saw in the video where Jim Fox was pointing out that one linesman was facing away from the play, and one referee was too far away (and probably screened as well). I am sure if one of the other two had seen it, they would have called it. I don't think it was a "non-call," I think it was a "missed call."
