I think this team had more problems to do with DEVELOPING players than DRAFTING players. With Tom Renney in charge we've seen a distinct change in the way this team develops players.
Developing young players remains to be seen. Prucha before he got hurt was playing on the third line and it took a month for him to be given a shot. Other than Lundqvist Renney has not should much faith in young guys. Kondratinev was not given a fair shake and sTrudwick moved ahead of him. Pock played sparingly when called up too.
