Shot Quality

an observation i have made about the flyers over this season along with the many gripes we have about hitch, his coaching style, the teams play, their ****** defence, the goaltending etc.... is the overall lack of shot quality, i have never seen a team make a bad goalie look good like the flyers do, they play rookie goaltenders and get shut out, bad goaltenders (weeks) and have a 3% shooting percentage. I have never seen a team take so many useless shots from the boards, or "rush killers" as i will call them, and they have NO organization in the offensive zone, watching the rangers tonight made me see that our team lacks offensive direction and they look lost when they are in the offensive zone like they dont know what they should be doing and are confused. am i the only one who sees this? i am not sure if hitch is encouraging the taking of **** shots but he must because EVERYONE does it, thoughts?
