This is sort of posting masturbation. You basically arguing with yourself. You're making up an argument I never made and then responding to it.

When you make vague generalities then you're pretty safe then, right? If I try to dissect it, you throw your hands in the air and cry bloody murder that I've put words in your mouth somehow.
Let me ask you this -- would Warrener make the Isles top four in your opinion? While Warrener is a very solid stay-at-home guy, and easily a top four on most team sin the NHL -- I still regard Lydman as a better player.

Not sure how you can come to that conclusion. Jonsson has consistently produced in the 25-30PTS range -- same as Lydman. If stats are any measure of offensive effectiveness. If you're trying to say that Lydman is a better all-around player, I would agree, but there are parts of Jonsson's game where he excels that Lydman is still working on. It will come with age.

You're free to your opinion, but the only part of that I'd agree with is reach -- Jonsson definately has a better reach. I believe these two players have more in common than you're willing to admit, but that's fine. For a guy who is two inches taller (Jonsson) I would say that Lydman is actually more physical and better infront of his own net, he's also a better skater, probably a harder shot but not as accurate (though it's getting better), can give solid checks and contain players with lower body strength, has an improving outlet pass but Jonsson still has him beat in many regards as a puck mover (not light years apart by any means however).
And to keep you from searching fo inconsistencies again, what I said was they were similiar, not identical.
