And technically the Flyers management is to blame. They would be held liable in a court if this were to go to trial. They have a demonstrated history of players fealing intimadated to divulge injuries. I could never get away with my employees acting the way Flyers employees do when they are at risk. I would have the book thrown at me - lose my job and be resposable for civil damages. Dumbfounding that an organization that should know better gets away with this. It's not the players fault, it is managements fault. Theae folks are people not ancient Roman gladiators.
