Luc obviously has tremendous status, but so does Gretzky, doesn't mean he can walk up and be a GM without any training or experience.
Not a whole lot different from Dave Taylor, who was our GM for awhile. And while he made strides to improve the organization while he was GM - you can see there's a world of difference between him & what DL brought. That said, I really hope Luc becomes the Montreal GM..... and trades all their best prospects to us.
