I never argued that point at all, I actually share your view to a lesser degree. But looking at the situation, I am only guessing what the new GM may want to do. Some people have crazy reasons for doing what they do (look at Milbury....pure crazy right there).

Weber can fill your #6-7 role or could be traded for a pick or another struggling youngster in need of a fresh start
