What is wrong with Hossa?

Hossa is a tough to figure out. He refuses to hang on to the puck, has trouble taking a pass cleanly, and doesn't use his shot, which is excellent. He is a big body who can skate and is dominant along the boards when he wants to be.

What is his upside? Zubrus? Or something more, with confidence and experience? I am starting to get worried about his lack of development/intensity in the last year.

One suggestion I would make for sure: Make him use a wooden stick. Way too many good passes bounce off of his stick for no apparent reason. I hate those composite sticks.
