3 different games, 3 different heroes.

Richards, Brown, then Quick tonight.

And to me that's a sign of a team that's ready to roll along.
It's a sign that the leadership is spread around and those leaders (and I'd add Willie Mitchell whose been rock solid for all 3 games) are setting the tone and the others are following.

I'd also applaud the penalty killers, 14 - 14 is steller!!!

And that last minute seemed like ten...but Richards was clutch and had ice water in his veins, winning 4 of 5 critical face offs under that pressure.
He's got the most playoff experience (65 games, ) and has weathered a lot of storms, he is one o fthose players who thrives under that kind of pressure and Sutter and Stevens know that.

Also, Richards is money in playoffs, 53 points in 65 games or a .81 ppg
and stud defense and physical play to boot...

Jonathan Quick...stops 111 out of 116 shots on goal. I don't know if any word could adequately convey just how outstanding that is...

Although it's not over until that 4th game, I think the Canucks threw all tyhey had at the Kings and Quick in that second period (24 shots) and he stoned them. I think they're done. And the Kings better play a whole lot better on Wens.
Plus if the Canucks don't lose soon, half the Olympic diving team will be missing.
