Here's my rundown of Dimitrakos.

Great last season, not so great this season. Not a fast skater, not slow, but when in the offensive zone, he has a tendancy to slow down the game. Needs to work on his strength to accomidate the way he plays. When he was on top of his game he was a great passer, had some good moves, a good shot, & played defense. He showed a lot of potential. This season has been quite different, he has been responsible for many turnovers, bad plays, and quite frankly just looked lost out there on the ice. He was given all the oppertunity in the world to prove that he could regain his form, but it never happened.

He has been the whipping boy on the Sharks message board here, and I'm probably the only one that still wants him to suceed. He has a good amount of potential and when he's on his game, you will know. I have a softspot for stickhandlers/playmakers so naturally I'm a fan of his, but this year has just been hell for him. I think you guys overpayed.

Good luck Nico!
