The team lacks a mean streak. They need to be mean and nasty in front of Henke becuase there seems to be no removing Neil or Knopka from the crease. And they need to be mean and nasty in the boards. Nice guys do not win the Stanley Cup. You need the nastiness.

So for all those that seem to always want to move Mclarth, you quickly see what this team lacks. I love MDZ, MCD, Staal & Girardi. But none of them seems to be able to move Neil or clear the crease in general. Staal & Girardi need to step up the nasty level and physical play in general.

And yes, the liberties need to be answered. Target Spezza with a few hits. And for the love of everything, continue going after Karlson. He needs to be hit on every play. He needs gloves in his face after every whistle. The Sens are not worried about him being hit anymore. And it shows. Neil has managed to somehow take over the series by himself.

Rangers need a mean streak. Not sure where they can find it. But they need it.
