), but overall...he shouldn't be treated as more than a third line center. He's very good in that role. Chicago needs a player who will succeed more in an offensive role than Bolland, so they aren't tempted to use him as a 2nd line center. Having a 2nd line center they can trust will also reduce wear and tear on Bolland, which has been an issue with him over the last few seasons.
