Kovalchuk certainly seems to show up for Team Russia. He always seems to be one of the better players for them and scores his fair share of goals for the team.

Nice to see Sergei Shirokov on the team. The Canucks could have used him this year; I was incredibly disappointed that the team let him go, so perhaps he'll show various NHL scouts that he can be a valuable asset if he does ever return (perhaps in 2014).
