That's just fans being fans. Go back and read through the GDT from Sunday. During the first period people weren't saying the Devils looked like the better team, everyone was saying the Flyers looked terrible and needed to wake up and start trying harder.

Everyone gets so attached to their teams that by the time the playoffs roll around as a fan you're too close to the situation and it's hard to tell yourself that another team is better. Especially because even if you think you're heavy underdogs, deep down you still think that your team possesses the ability to win otherwise you wouldn't be watching in the first place.

Outside of HF I've actually been noticing a lot of love for this Flyers team on most sports sites, especially since all the high scoring and the marquee matchup with the Penguins really threw the spotlight on guys like Giroux, Briere, Couturier, etc.
