It is a good news. But we will need few peoples with experience, otherwise it will be chaos. Molson have not much experience, Bergevin has none as a DG and if Roy is named coach, he don't have NHL experience as a coach.
We need someone that know MTL market, has been there before and be well known around the league with alot of experience to help all thoses guys. Savard hiring as a consultent has been a very good idea and I hope they will be two or three more peoples around thoses guys to help them face the Montreal market.
New blood could be good, but face it, we need a solid/stable/competent group of persons taking care of the Habs. Just cleaning the house and hire new persons won't change this philosophy of loosers. We need new guys, pushing into the same directions with a modern philosophy of management while keeping in mind the history of the Habs.
See when Gainey clean the house after a year of failure, everyone was happy and see a great future for the Habs, it doesn't work this way, it was only temporary change that will eventually lead to failure (now). It worked one year, but it was clear that it will not be permanent with the kind of players we had and still have and the management of our players (developpement, team philosophy, leadership) was really weak.
