I have to agree. At this point he's not as good as Kenny Ryan or Dale Mitchell were in the OHL and they couldn't make the Marlies (spent a lot of time at Reading).
That being said, Biggs is the type of physical specimen that Burke likes and he will have a shot in a couple of years as a grinder on the 3rd or 4th line.
