Bottom line: Habs are a class organization and they treat players well.

You don't dump someone right away. You give vets a chance.

Now: I think every single player in the NHL knows Habs gave Gomez every chance, for a long time.

Therefore this is the only case I've ever seen where Habs can dump a vet in the minors. Not one person involved in the NHL would blame them.

Get it done.
