Pasta with chicken and broccoli the night before. I always cook some extra noodles and save some for a small lunch the next day.
I have a decent meal 4-5 hrs before and around 1.5-2hrs before the game I eat a Nature Valley honey and oats nutigran bar. All with water of course.
