I was at the game...

and it's somewhat sad that a lot of the electric, from the 90s, is gone. The crowd, compared to those days, is somewhat subdued. If Leetch was coming back for the first time and this was 1996 or 1997, then we wouldn't be able to hear John Amirante sign the National Anthem.

As for the game...if they play like that against a good team, I don't think they win. They were sloppy. Ozo struggled in his own zone. Poti had a real crappy pass. Malik had a few ugly turnovers. Rozsival had one or two also. The offense came through - with some nice plays, thank God (Prucha's looking real good - Rucchin's line, despite early struggles in their own zone, cliced offensively). But again, they lose this game against a hungrier team. But of course, it's another two points and past teams would lose games like this, so it's not a complaint about the win, it's just a statement that when they play Buffalo, or the Lightning, Flyers or even Florida, they will need to play better than last night.
