While a faceoff expert isn't necessary, it can be very helpful, especially for a team that relies on zone time like the Rangers. It's something we should look into, but it certainly isn't our top priority.
I don't want to overpay for a guy like Stoll, who is almost assuredly going to be overpaid. I would give Konopka a look, depending on what he's asking for.
Agreed. It also seems like a lot of our goals against are given up immediately after a faceoff loss in our zone. Washington's first goal on Monday was surrendered seconds after Boyle lost the faceoff.
